Ken Farrell is a proven business leader with a successful track record in Fortune 50, high growth and start up organizations. He served as President of CONEXIS, a health care service company, growing them from fourteenth in size on a regional level, to fourth on a national level. Ken founded and led a consulting firm that provided small to mid-size companies a proven methodology for growth and profitability. He held senior, domestic and international positions at Xerox Corporation in a set of diverse functions including manufacturing, logistics, field service, product launch, marketing and strategic planning.
In addition, Ken served as a board member and chair for both profit and nonprofit organizations. Ken received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
Don Osvog is a senior executive, entrepreneur and consultant who has grown businesses ranging from "cocktail napkin" startups to multi-billion dollar Fortune 50 businesses in Citigroup, Norton Simon and Nabisco Brands. He held senior roles as CFO, COO and CEO in North America and Europe serving as a Citibank Board member in Canada and the U.K. He has grown, acquired, turned around and improved profitability in Fortune 50 operating divisions with full functional and P&L responsibilities.
Don has broad industry knowledge including consumer products, e-commerce, utilities, real estate development, corporate finance, IT, financial services and professional services. Don holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska and a M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
Akshay Desai joined Riverbend during his M.B.A. program and has quickly risen to a senior consultant, heading the Business Analytics division of the organization. His experience includes working for several years at Amdocs, a leading telecommunications technology company where he helped clients around the world achieve their strategic objectives in the areas of software architecture, data analytics and managed services. Akshay also worked for a global furniture rental company, Home Essentials in Hong Kong whom he helped grow in the retail space. His functional expertise lies in the area of business analytics, financial planning and analysis, operational process improvement, technology implementation and project / program management.
Akshay holds an M.B.A. with a dual focus in Finance and Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
Paul is a business builder known for adding value through well-honed leadership and effective team building while serving as a senior executive with Big 5, mid-size and entrepreneurial consulting firms supporting a variety of industries. Specifically, Paul served as General Manager for Perficient Inc., a public technology consulting firm, and held the Managing Partner role in the Dallas office of Tatum, a national CFO and strategic accounting consultancy. He began his career with Accenture in technology.
Paul holds a BBA in Economics from Baylor University, and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. He currently serves on the board of TMG, a church growth consultancy. He previously served as President for the Association of Corporate Growth-DFW and is also a past advisory board member for BBVA Compass Bank of Dallas and former board member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters’ of Collin County.
Dean Ivankovich has over 25 years of proven experience in helping small and medium organizations drive value and achieve business results. He has held senior leadership and executive positions as well as front line and consulting roles across numerous industries including IT/tech, consumer goods, and services. His functional experience includes strategy, operations, supply chain, sales and professional services, and spans North American as well as international/global roles in Europe and Asia. Dean Ivankovich’s recent accomplishments include being a part of an executive team that successfully led an IT company to a highly profitable business sale as well as helping a global manufacturer of bicycles profitably increase revenues from $10 million to over $70 million in 3 years.
Dean holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
